“ I order a four season pizza with the addition of cooked ham, it took time, but it’s understandable during the weekend and also for the great fresh ingredients. Their website doesn’t works as Deliveroo or Just Eat, you can’t track the driver and you don’t have an approximate time, it’s Friday about 10pm the pizza arrived at 10:50pm, still warm, you can microwave for 15 seconds and the flavors starts to coming back. I’ve had all in once, means that the mozzarella used it’s fresh and doesn’t taste any strange as the cheapest non Italian pizza’s shops, it was a very delicious dinner. ”

“ I have ordered from Basilico for years, and I must point out this is from various kitchens as I have lived in a few different places across London. They have always made pretty good pizza, but my last was not great. I ordered this through Deliveroo and I made a complaint. Ultimately, the tomato sauce was very sweet, and not as it should be. I thought nothing more of it, and to be honest, had forgotten about it. Today I got a message from them apologising for the substandard pizza and they sent me a voucher to spend for my next purchase. In the world where customer service is lost, I am very impressed. The pizza market is very cluttered with many restaurants clambering for your business, but as a result of this I will try them again and yes of course it will be free but as long as it’s good, I will go back again. Thank you for the good customer service. ”

“ Very good! Got a pizza and a lasagne! Both were great! Toppings are great quality. For what it is... it’s a great take away option and offers really great value. The only reason for the 4 star rather then 5... I prefer Neapolitan style pizza. ”

“ Basilico is my go-to place for take-away food. Pizza is delicious, sides are great (I love the twists!) and their tiramisu is one of the best I had, ever. Service is also excellent - once I got double charged for some internet glitch and I got reimbursed on a matter of hours and another time I made a mistake and said I was going to pay in cash even though I didn't have any with me and they got someone to call and get my cc details with a flinch of hesitation. I also quite enjoy their points system and got a couple of complimentary meals out of it. ”

“ Ordered Tutto salumi pizza with italian salami, spianata piccante, chorizo, pepperoni, speck and fior di latte mozzarella Love how much meat there is but a bit spicy though! The only disappointment is that I do feel the photo of the pizza on their website is a bit misleading with 17 pepperoni close together on the crust when there are only 12 on mine and one of the reasons I ordered this pizza is because there is so much meat ”
